not my gear ratio, unfortunatly, but i did fix my derailleur finally. took it for a quick spin around the block and she shifts like new.
no ride today though, I had a rough day. i havnt been to bed since monday, and i didnt even sleep well then. i might pay off my bike tonight though, so maybe it will be here in the next week.
also going to set up a formal training sheet tonight, so that should help me keep my mileage on track and monitored, right in time for me to leave town on friday without a bike....
