back in town after my 7 day architecture and drinking binge... went out today for a quick ride to loosen back up for the team group ride tomorrow. will probably be pretty slow, and its supposed to be raining, so i will be miserable, and wet and at the back of the pack. woohoo!

tonights would have been really fast though if it werent for the rush hour traffic. i was cruising along around 20 mph most of the time but kept having to stop for lights and backed up cars...
